 Royal-Pak Systems
The Royal-Pak refuse high-rise compacting system is accessible at a central location on each floor, enabling tenants to easily dispose of their waste by depositing it in a dedicated chute built into the building.
At the bottom of this direct-feed chute, the solid waste is then automatically compacted into easily removable slugs for quick and cost effective disposal by container or in plastic bags. Unlike ordinary “container-packers” Royal-Pak compactors actually compress the bulk from 5-1 up to 8-1 ratios, saving labor, space and energy costs associated with storage and disposal.

 Royal-Pak recycle chutes utilize a design which allows the tenants to dispose of their trash through a larger chute section, while disposing of recycling within the same door opening.
The Bi-Pod chute features compartments for recyclables such as plastic, glass, cans and metal in one chute duct and trash in another.
The Tri-Pod chute features compartments for Trash, another for Plastic & Glass, and a third for Cans & Metal, each with separate chute ducts. Each duct is labeled to instruct the tenants to dispose waste in correct openings.
The trash duct feeds directly into the Royal-Pak compaction system, while each of the recycling ducts will funnel their respective materials into a recycling bin for easy disposal by the building staff. The Bi-Pod & Tri-Pod Recycle Chutes discharge can be designed to function with most room layouts.
